05.07.2011, On the short list for International German PR Award

The change management program developed by KMS MINDSHIFT and KMS TEAM for the customer service department of Austrian telecommunications company A1 was nominated for the 2011 Deutsche PR-Preis (German PR Award). The internal communication project “Kundiologie”, with the tagline “Gern geschehen” (“You’re welcome”), is on the short list for the award. This initiative is designed to support the process of integrating the new A1 brand, created through the merger of Mobilkom Austria and Telekom Austria TA.

The award winners will be announced and honored at a gala on October 7 in Wiesbaden. The “Internationale Deutsche PR-Preis” (“International German PR Award”) is the industry’s top award in the German-speaking region. It is given by Deutsche Public Relations Gesellschaft (German Public Relations Association – DPRG) and F.A.Z-Institut.
