KMS TEAM won a Gold Award at the international LACP 2010 Vision Awards in San Diego for the annual report of Fair Value REIT. The project also received Bronze in the category “Most Improved Annual Report”. The annual report for pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank was given a Silver Award.

The Vision Awards of the League of American Communication Professionals (LACP) is one of the world’s largest competitions for annual reports.
