The tagline »Close to you« encompasses five customer promises that will be expressed through an optimized product and service portfolio as well as corresponding communication.
KMS TEAM wrote corporate wording guidelines in both German and English to ensure a consistent style and tone of voice for all internal and external communication. A variety of sample communication was created on this basis to help the Sales organization effectively implement the »Close to you« positioning. Like the language style, the newly defined imagery focuses on closeness, authenticity and customer benefit. In addition to defining imagery guidelines, KMS TEAM developed a tool that helps photographers, agencies and marketing specialists choose the best photographs.
