The role of brand consulting has fundamentally changed with the advent of new human interfaces and digital communication channels. KMS TEAM’s approach is to take a truly holistic look at companies and brand management. Instead of following rigid methods, the agency takes constant change into account. The continuous growth of the brand consultancy means that it has to find a new office space. In autumn 2017, the agency will move to a new temporary office on Prannerstrasse 2, in the heart of Munich. The current location, a former industrial building in Obersendling, will fall victim to the growing concentration of residential space in the city.
Today, over 70 employees work at KMS TEAM, and around 10 new people are expected to join the team in 2017. Three key roles have already been filled. Barbara von Aufschnaiter (48) is the new Head of Human Resources, responsible for recruiting, human resources management and development, and employer branding. Originally from South Tyrol, she studied communication and political science in Salzburg. She has worked in human resources management for over 20 years, most of the time at renowned agencies like Serviceplan and Heye.
Brand Strategy Director Vera Schnitzlein (37) joins the team from Jung von Matt/brand identity. There, she led the Consulting Team and managed brand development for innogy and other clients, including new business. Her career path took her to Munich, Düsseldorf and Zurich. She studied advertising and market communications at Stuttgart Media University.
Anne Brit Maier (49) is forming the second strategy team for the Munich-based agency as Brand Strategy Director. She has over 20 years of national and international experience in corporate, brand, and communication strategy. Since 2008, she has helped companies and start-ups navigate their change processes as a certified systemic business coach. She has also been a lecturer at Miami Ad School Hamburg since 2010.
Winning over 500 international creative awards, the agency supports national and international companies in all aspects of brand development and management. Clients include Audi, Canyon, Diakonie, Ledvance, Munich Re, MVV Energie, Porsche Motorsport, ŠKODA, Staatsgalerie Stuttgart and Volkswagen.
