In addition to the new strategic positioning, KMS TEAM is working on ways to improve brand management overall. The guiding idea, »Magnify Life«, is the core of the brand positioning. The main task required to activate the brand is implementing the brand identity in the areas of product development, marketing and retail. Other focal points include the further development and systemization of the corporate design, including typeface development and imagery, as well as the communication at all brand touch points.

KMS BLACKSPACE is working on implementing the brand identity and brand experiences at a spatial level. The new office spaces at JINS headquarters in Tokyo bring the standards of the brand to life for employees every day. As such, they are a key element in internal efforts to transport the brand.
