Simon Betsch, Managing Partner KMS TEAM: »Technology and new business models are fundamentally transforming our society, bringing changes to companies along with an impetus to realign. Today, each organization needs to ask itself: How can we make solid decisions for a credible, sustainable company and product positioning going forward? We work closely with companies to find these solutions. This is why we are thrilled to welcome Nadine, a strong strategist with a wealth of experience in organizational development and brand management.«

Nadine Nadler, Strategy Director: »Brands are often underestimated. As a result, overarching company strategies aren't aligned and synchronized with the brand core. KMS has extensive consulting expertise across multiple sectors. I'm looking forward to working with our customers, including BMW Motorrad, Zürcher Kantonalbank and ŠKODA, to develop solutions for the future.«

In addition to her career, Nadine is completing a second master's degree in cognitive neuroscience to enhance her already extensive business expertise with the latest scientific findings in brain science. Before joining KMS TEAM, she was Strategy & Innovation Director at Superunion Germany. She previously worked for adidas, Capgemini Consulting, Q_Perior and Generali as well. A good sense of humor, having fun, good music and productive relationships are very important to Nadine: »This is why I immediately decided to become part of KMS: The company culture is centered on team spirit as well as personal and professional growth.«
