Schneider is taking on a key role in the agency’s digital transformation: »Companies need to consider their digital business models in order to be successful in the market. We define the key levers of brand management in this context. Today, brands are social systems that promote identification through a brand promise, and create a strong emotional connection with us through their brand universe.«Schneider previously worked for Plan.Net Group, the digital arm of the Serviceplan Group, and was the Managing Director of the Plan.net Campaign for the past 10 years.

Zein, the second new hire, supports the entire team in the planning of strategic, communicative and creative branding projects. Born in the Netherlands, he was the former Brand Consulting Director at Jung von Matt/brand identity. He also spent time working for Whybrand, Peter Schmidt Group and Landor Associates over the course of his career.

»Reinhard helped pave the way from a startup to Germany’s largest digital agency. His abilities to navigate transformations and challenge the status quo are his and our most important driving forces. Jawad is an experienced consultant who wants to create advanced solutions. He is a genuine optimist, open-minded with a hands-on approach – the perfect addition to our TEAM,« explains Simon Betsch, Managing Partner KMS TEAM.

Companies today need to explore the extent to which societal changes impact their business models, processes and interactions with their customers. It’s important to consider digitization, its far reaching impacts and the question: How do we want to interact with companies, products and each other in the future? Strategic brand management is the starting point to steer this development in a sustainable, customer-oriented way.

Betsch: »We have always advised our clients on change processes, and work with them today to develop brands to become tools for managing their digital transformations. It’s an exciting time as we explore and implement new forms of brand management with our clients.«
