The communication leading up to a shop opening follows a planned script to heighten people’s already positive expectations. The colors used in the Christmas campaign were chosen to make them appropriate for various cultural contexts without specific religious associations.

All retailers around the world have modules that can be adapted in line with their specific regions to suit a variety of different occasions. These can be used to meet all communication needs, from classic advertisements and shop design to communication in its particular product surroundings.
