The existing website, which won multiple awards in 2011, was developed further in early 2015. The new site focuses on the properties and brings them to live in a comprehensive way: Users can select specific projects on the homepage or an interactive map that shows the outstanding location of each residence. Intuitive search and filter tools make it possible to quickly access each property of interest.
Each residential property is presented on its own detailed page, which provides a clear overview of the most important information. Realistic renderings, photos and videos take the user on a virtual tour of the property and its surroundings. Services like the newsletter, wish list and contact form help make the website more user-friendly while verifying Bauwerk Capital’s performance in development and sales.
An extensive section on the company with newly produced images provides information about the sustainable, customer-oriented building and domestic culture at Bauwerk Capital. The service portfolio, team presentation, jobs and news round out the many website offerings.

Bauwerk Capital – Corporate website 1.0 (2010 to 2015)
The website for Bauwerk Capital, Southern Germany’s premium real estate specialist, was dominated by large images and customized functions even prior to its relaunch in 2015. The main goal of the design and interactive features of the site were the same as they are today – to deliver a comprehensive virtual experience of each property of interest.
Each residential project was presented in the form of high-quality rendered illustrations, which provided a realistic view of the architectural concepts. The detail pages for each project provided all of the relevant information in compact form. People could also use a variety of different filter functions to locate properties of interest.

The previous version of the Bauwerk Capital website was also compatible with mobile devices, such as tablets. The recent responsive design implementation further optimized the site for devices with a variety of different screen formats, ranging from desktop computers to smartphones.
