11/21/24 Located in Baden/Switzerland, software manufacturer BSI (BSI Business Systems Integration AG) is specialised in developing innovative CRM and customer experience software solutions. Over 500 employees at BSI’s eight locations help companies digitalise their customer relationships, especially in the four core industries of insurance, banking, retail and energy & utilities.
The CGI and motion experts at strategy and design agency KMS TEAM are helping BSI visualise their BSI Customer Suite. Especially the presentation of complex digital products that involves a good deal of explanation – like software – is challenging, but CGI can make it both easy to understand and memorable.
The team is creating 3D-characters that feature throughout images and animations, ›personally‹ guiding users through the world of BSI. KMS TEAM is also rethinking all aspects of BSI’s imagery – from photography to product visuals, storytelling and corporate people motifs. The result is a distinctive, differentiating visual world across all types of disciplines.
The new visuals will help BSI bring their products and portfolio of services to life in a more effective way. At the same time, they vividly transport the company’s strong values and unconditional customer focus. In essence, it’s (almost) always about one thing: technology that creates a convincing customer experience.
