At our event, we will present three compact impulses showing how brand managers can future-proof their brands in a volatile market environment – from agents as a new brand interface, through custom fonts, to customer experience in the age of AI.

1. Be visionary – Agents as a new brand interface
We are moving from generative to agentic AI. While generative AI creates content, agents can act independently and are becoming a new interface between brand and customer. New points of interaction are emerging: agent-to-agent, brand-to-agent, and human-to-agent. Brands that define a clear vision now and actively shape agents in line with their brand will create differentiation. Without a brand, an agent remains functional; with a brand, it becomes a meaningful touchpoint.
