Mobility App »Gullivr«
With Gullivr, MENTZ introduces a white-label app offered as a licensed product, bringing together different mobility services in a single application. This all-in-one mobility app is a core digital product in the MENTZ corporate design but can be customised to the visual identity of any transport association.
Our concept, developed together with the MENTZ team, extends beyond traditional route and ticket management to include innovative services such as weather-based route planning and personal mobility profiles that calculate kilometres travelled and CO₂ savings. The strictly user-centred UX/UI also features gamification elements.

Particularly valuable was how the digital team reinterpreted the everyday issues faced by passengers.
The app has already won multiple awards, including recognition from connect magazine and Focus Money, where it was named best-in-test among mobility apps.

Competitive analysis as a strategic foundation
To make the brand’s positioning future-proof, MENTZ commissioned us to create a strong, differentiating brand identity. We conducted an in-depth market review – from competitor analysis to the evaluation of all brand touchpoints. Customer and employee interviews provided valuable perspectives on the company’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities. In addition, we identified relevant megatrends.
A brand with purpose
The insights gained led to a strategically sharpened positioning that clearly expresses the brand’s essence. With the guiding principle »Digital Pathfinders«, we created an identity that provides orientation and inspiration internally and externally, underlining MENTZ’s role as a digital pioneer – both technologically and socially.
A visual identity that connects
We created a close connection to today’s networked, digitalised world with the new MENTZ visual identity, custom fonts and wordmark. Lines reminiscent of circuits on modern board assemblies dominate the striking and informative identity. The eye-catching brand colour cyan brings a lightness to the high demand for detailed information. The new design system anchors the brand flexibly and consistently across all applications – from screen to spatial environments.
