The merger of media giants ProSieben Media AG and Sat.1 GmbH created the largest broadcasting group in the German television market. We supported this media group during the entire merger process and helped them develop a new identity. Prior to this move, we also worked on ProSieben’s IPO and corporate design.
Logo, naming and
We provided the group with strategic and conceptual support over many years, developing a cohesive brand architecture and corporate designs for the individual companies.
The new logo combines the numbers in both company names into an arrow pointing upwards, indicating a spirit of optimism. We developed the name and identity for the SevenOne Media TV marketing company that emerged from the merger.
Website and publications
In addition to the overall identity, we designed the website, all publications and financial communication for the group.
Based in Unterföhring near Munich, the German media company ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE consolidates the German free TV broadcasters ProSieben, SAT.1, kabel eins, sixx, ProSieben MAXX, SAT.1 Gold and kabel eins Doku, as well as three German pay TV channels ProSieben FUN, SAT.1 emotions and kabel eins CLASSICS under one roof. The company was created through the merger of ProSieben Media AG and Sat.1 SatellitenFernsehen GmbH in October 2000.
