We developed the tagline »Celestial television« to highlight the source of the Astra broadcasting signal and service quality. The new brand imagery shows photos of people taken from a satellite’s perspective, the orbit of television satellites.
An essential feature of the corporate design is the headline type, which runs vertically from top to bottom. It also reinforces the overhead view. Showcased on flyers, displays and sales folders, this communication campaign increased Astra’s reach by 900,000 households in the first year alone.
Viewers can watch over 50 German-language and many other international HD and UHD programmes on ASTRA free of charge – or listen to around 100 radio stations. Reaching over 17 million TV households, satellite is one of the most important types of broadcasting in Germany
