Marketing toolbox

We created a straightforward, cost-effective and versatile marketing toolbox for Nichia. At the same time, we are crafting the B2B communication based on new content: Instead of focusing on the technical advantages of the products, we focus on how these benefit people.

Brand communication

We realigned the communication for Nichia’s premium products Vitasolis™ and Optisolis™ in the highly competitive LED market with the communication idea »Light so Good«. The idea is both simple and effective: For people, light is synonymous with well-being. It also has the perfect shape, a circle – just like the sun.

In addition to emphasising product benefits, we wanted the design to be both distinctive and memorable: »Progressive design makes a difference. It adds value by conveying relevant content, has a strong emotional impact and promotes identification with the brand – both inside and outside the company«, said Jessica Krier, Design Director KMS TEAM.

We focused specifically on product benefits: While Vitasolis™ has a refreshing blue and lavender spectrum of light, the orange-yellow light provided by Optisolis™ creates the closest experience to sunlight available on the market.

»Light + Building« is the world’s leading trade show for lighting and building technology in Frankfurt/Main, and one of Nichia’s most important industry events. Our trade show exhibition concept also focuses on the product benefits for people. We staged the company’s product brands in line with the newly developed communication idea of »Light so Good«.
