We developed an image-shaping and sales-oriented medium for Klöpfer’s communication with our brochure, entitled »Holz ist unsere Identität« (»Wood is our identity«). The brochure creates trust and credibility by effectively communicating company strengths and the resulting customer benefits. In addition to the product features, the brochure describes Klöpfer’s brand-oriented services as well as the »NetworkHolz« initiative. These show that customer orientation is not just a cliché at Klöpfer. Location-specific brochures, »Beste Produkte, bester Service.« (»Best products, best service.«), also showcase the brand’s customer focus. By integrating employees at the respective locations, we created more than just a medium that inspires trust among customers – but also promotes strong identification among employees.
