We faced this challenge with a major change management program. We developed leadership excellence programs, transformation modules and reality checks to help the new A1 brand in its transition. This change management program, called "Kundiologie" (“Customerology”), was nominated for the Austrian State Prize and was on the short list for the international German PR Award.
